Tenants already disclosed for the 50,000-square-foot Bishop Square mixed use development, which includes 272 units of student housing, include Marco’s Pizza, Tim Hortons and a Sprint retail store.

“We’re at lease with an office user to take the space on the second floor and in talks with other restaurants for the balance of the retail space,” said Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group, which is handling marketing and leasing for the project.

The bank signed a 10-year lease for the 2,025-square-foot site and will relocate there from its Stewart Square location.

“First Financial Bank decided to relocate to enjoy stronger visibility and a more prominent presence for their Oxford customer base, as well as being able to right-size their store,” Rothstein said. “They’ll be opening up with a 2-lane drive-thru.”
