Local company hailed for top employee culture

Marxent, a Kettering-based provider of augmented reality and virtual reality products and services, was recently ranked on Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures list, a ranking of U.S.-based businesses “exhibiting high-performance cultures,” the company said.

The Top Company Cultures list has placed Marxent at No. 8 out of 50 in the medium-sized company category, Marxent said.

“Marxent is recognized for creating an exceptional culture that drives employee engagement, exceeds employee expectations and directly impacts company success,” the firm said in a release. “The honorees on our 2017 list are proof that strong cultures make even stronger companies.
