Two multi-million dollar developments hug the east and west sides, respectively, of the interchange — a gateway for Miami Twp., Miamisburg and Springboro — while a third investment surrounds it.

They include:

-A 12-screen theater at Austin Landing. The $12 million Cinépolis Dayton will be the first Midwest venture for the Dallas-based Cinépolis USA.

-United Grinding North America's new headquarters. The company's $13 million, 100,000 square foot continental headquarters west of I-75 is expected to bring 140 jobs closer to the interchange when it opens – likely this fall.
