#NationalFastFoodDay: Can you guess Ohio’s most popular fast food?

According to nationaldaycalendar.com, people are celebrating fast food today. The chains were popularized in the United States in the 1950s. McDonald’s was founded in 1955 in Illinois and Burger King in 1953. Wendy’s popped up later in 1969.

So, what’s the most popular fast food in Ohio? Foursquare looked how many visits on average that each food chain received per location in every state. Chick-fil-A generated more revenue per restaurant than any other fast-food chain in the U.S., according to Foursquare. It was the most popular restaurant in Ohio.
