Two million-dollar real estate deals recorded

A pair of million-dollar property deals — and one for nearly a million — were recorded in Montgomery County Friday.

Bel Investments Dayton Ohio LLC paid $1 million each for a parcel of vacant commercial land and a former Walgreens building near each other in Northwest Dayton Friday, according to county real estate records.

The .9 acre of land is found at 1948 Needmore Road, just west of North Dixie Drive. Bel Investments is recorded as having purchased the land from Walgreens Co.

And the retail structure at 5851 N. Dixie, a former Walgreens, was also purchased from the same company, according to property records.

In Moraine, a former Staples store sold for $950,000 at 1927 W. Dorothy Lane. Cole St. Moraine Ohio LLC sold the building on 2.44 acres to Schroeder Commercial Properties LLC, records indicate.
