Yankee Station center sold for nearly $2 million

A shopping center in Washington Twp. has sold for nearly $2 million.

Larkspur Yankee Station LLC, a foreign limited liability company, bought the Yankee station retail shopping center at 1510-1530 Miamisburg-Centerville Road for $1.995 million, according to Montgomery County property records.

The 33,870-square-foot retail center off Ohio 725, near Interstate 675, is found in a suburb where average household incomes are close to $85,000 a year, according to marketing material. The site is near a Chic-Fil-A restaurant and Whole Foods.

The center is nearly 36 percent leased, divided into seven retail businesses ranging in size from 1,360 to 18,967 square feet, according to a LoopNet listing. Businesses include the Original Pancake House, H&R Block and others.
