Local actors, writers to perform in ‘All the Sex Monologues’ this weekend

Let's talk about sexuality. Local actors and writers will do just that at "All the Sex Monologues" this weekend at Masque in downtown Dayton.

Directed by Sarah McPherson and featuring short monologues by local writers and performers, the show is an original production where “audience members will journey with the performers through these various experiences -- sometimes with a little humor and others times serious, but always honoring what is human sexuality.”

Each encounter explores different topics and focuses on sexual health, sexuality and the need for inclusiveness in our community. This production highlights perspectives on relationships, identity, and all things sex through real, honest voices.

Don’t miss this chance to see some of Dayton’s favorites, sharing it all in the name of sex.

Actors include Monte Burns, Rachel Easter, Etana Jacobi, Zac McPherson, John Lawson Myers, Carol Narigon, Lisa Newman, Andie Praus, Amelia Robinson and Kristin Wicker.

The production features monologues written by locals, including Ashley Bethard, Monte Burns, Nick Dagola, Rachel Easter, Kristin Freeman, John Lawson Myers, Carol Narigon, Andie Praus, Karen Righter, Amelia Robinson and Kristin Wicker.

The production is put on by PUSH Dayton, a local group that advances sexual health awareness in the greater Dayton area on behalf of Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio. All proceeds from the show will benefit Planned Parenthood’s downtown Dayton center.

Advance tickets are available online until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9. Tickets will be available at the door based on availability.
