INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chopped Andes mints
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
4. Beat in eggs.
5. Gradually add flour mixture.
6. Stir in chips.
7. Drop in level spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 9-11 minutes.
9. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
