Cadillac Jack’s on Ohio 741 to transform into Caddy’s Tap House

Renovations are under way to transform the Cadillac Jack's Sports Bar & Grill at 9400 N. Springboro Pike (Ohio 741) in Miami Twp. into Caddy's Tap House in mid-November.

"This is not a goodbye to Cadillac Jack's, but an evolution of our brand to Caddy's Tap House," Cadillac Jack's owners told its Facebook followers.

Here’s how the transition was described on Facebook:

“If anyone has been in to Cadillac Jack’s recently you might be wondering about the remodel that is taking place — we also want to thank you for coming in while its been under way.

“We truly appreciate all of you and are excited to bring to you MORE BEER, A BOURBON BAR (over 40 to choose from), A HIGHER QUALITY OF FOOD PRODUCT (including an Angus Brisket Burger), A NEW STAGE FOR BANDS every Friday and Saturday and a private party room!”

Anton Barich, vice president of operations for Caddy’s Tap House/Cadillac Jack’s, told this news outlet today some of the changes related to the transition are happening now. A new U-shaped bar has been built, and new chairs and tables are on the way. Live music from a newly constructed stage will be available on Friday and Saturday nights.

The new Caddy’s Tap House Miamisburg will feature 59 beers on tap and 45-plus beers in cans or bottles, along with about 45 bourbons, Barich said.

Ground brisket and sirloin will replace ground beef, there will be 16 pizza options, and the new menu will offer some international dishes such as Vietnamese spring rolls and Asian pot-stickers. Another new menu item is “Drunken Noodles,” similar to the Vietnamese noodle dish Pho, that incorporates Warped Wing Brewing Company’s Ermal’s Cream Ale into the preparation, Barich said.

Several special events the week of Nov. 14-20 will kick off the unveiling of the new Caddy’s Tap House, Barich said.

The Caddy’s Tap House near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek underwent a similar transition from Cadillac Jack’s in the fall of 2014.
