-Langford was indicted Nov. 14, nearly six months after she resigned from Miamisburg schools and Miami Twp. police began investigating. On Nov . 21, she pleaded not guilty to all charges.
-Langford was initially hired by Miamisburg in 2006 as a student teacher. She was hired full time in August 2008, serving nearly nine years at three schools while receiving good evaluations, records show.

-She asked prosecutors to name her accuser. That person, a minor, was identified in court records only by initials.
-Langford is accused of having oral sex and intercourse with a teen student "on or about May 23," according to court documents. Miamisburg City School District documents state she resigned the next day.
-Two minors may be key factors in how this case turns. Subpoenas were issued earlier this month for the pair, who were identified only by initials.

-Social media could play a role in the case. Snapchat, which has an app that allows users to send photos and videos to friends, has been subpoenaed.
