Driver hurt when semi hauling grain overturned in Darke Co.

The driver of a grain-hauling commercial truck that overturned on U.S. 127 near Greenville suffered minor injuries.

Yellow corn spilled onto the grass from the semitrailer that overturned on U.S. 127 at Sebring Warner Road.

Crews responded to the scene shortly after 1 p.m.

A Darke County deputy tells us the semi was northbound and attempted to make a turn onto Sebring Warner when the load shifted and sent the truck onto the driver’s side.

The driver was taken to Wayne Healthcare for treatment of minor injuries.

Sebring Warner Road was briefly shut down while crews worked to clear the scene.
