The New Kettering brewpub Eudora Brewing Company has set a solid opening date of Friday, Nov. 15.
Eudora, at 4716 Wilmington Pike, will host its grand opening both Friday and Saturday, Nov. 16. Hours will be 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. both nights. The brewpub will be closed Sunday.
The new Kettering brewpub hosted a “soft opening” Friday night, Nov. 8, according to the Eudora Brewing Company Facebook page.
The brewery’s “brew-your-own” component that will allow customers to choose ingredients and a recipe and brew their own beers is not yet operational, but is scheduled to be up and running early next year, Eudora’s founders said in a news release today.
Brewery founder Neil Chabut, a 24-year-old 2007 Fairmont High School and 2011 University of Dayton graduate, said the brewpub will pour exclusively its own brews and will open with five beers on tap, with a sixth available in several weeks. Chabut plans to roll out seasonal and holiday brews as well. Dayton Urban BBQ food truck will be at Eudora during both nights of the grand opening.
Eudora seats 30 and will employ an estimated 10 to 15 people when fully up and running. For more information, contact Chabut at (937) 581-3589.
