Jenn DiSanto’sFresco is a small restuarant located at 3141 Far Hills Ave. at the Kettering/Oakwood border. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for dine-in or carry out.
The restaurant features lunch and dinner meals as well as soups, sides, salads. Family value dinners are fresh daily and are ready for carry-out and run $28 and up for four people. Catering ranges from small dinners to large parties.

Jenn DiSanto’s Massaged Kale Salad
1 bunch kale — end stems discarded and leaves thinly sliced — very important to wash thoroughly
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons good olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons currants
2 tablespoons pepitos (roasted pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup shaved pecorino Romano cheese (optional)
Combine olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Wash and dry the kale, then place in a bowl. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over the kale and top with the currants, pepitos and pecorino Romano cheese.
