Clark County Pet of the Week


Meet Gwen. She is an approximately 5-year-old Shepherd mix that weighs 55 pounds. Gwen is vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, rabies vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $120 which includes her dog license.

Gwen is located at the Humane Society Serving Clark County, 5201 Urbana Road in Springfield. New shelter hours are: Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 1 to 5 p.m., Thursday from 1 to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. and closed Wednesdays and Sundays. We can be reached at 937-399-2917.
