Williams said, "I was taking out the trash and a man with a knife ran up to me.  I fought him off for a while, but then he pushed me down and got through the back door.  I then ran around to the front, grabbed a broom and fought the suspect off till he ran out the back.”

Williams also stated he was glad nobody was injured and that he does not understand why anyone would want to risk their life to steal money.

Huber Heights currently has limited information on the suspect, but stated that he fled the scene in a black Honda.
