Police look for driver who fled traffic stop

UPDATE @2:28 a.m.

Police are looking for a driver who fled from a traffic stop in Huber Heights early Thursday.

After pulling the vehicle over, police said they were waiting for a K9 conduct a search when the driver fled.

The car went through a couple parking lots before crashing in the 4600 block of Brandt Pike. The driver then fled on foot.

Police said they know the identity of the driver. A K9 is on scene.

Officers said the driver will face drug charges stemming from what was discovered in the vehicle, but further details were not disclosed.

Police are looking for a driver who crashed on Brandt Pike in Huber Heights.

The crash happened around 1:40 a.m. in the 4600 block of Brandt Pike. Police were following the vehicle moments before the crash happened, but details are unknown.
