Higher temperatures into the weekend

It will stay quiet and clear overnight with lows in the lower 50s. A few areas of patchy fog may develop by morning, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Brett Collar said.

DETAILED FORECAST

Saturday: Mostly sunny and warm with highs in the upper 70s. This is more than 10 degrees above normal. Some clouds arrive into the night with the slight chance of passing showers late. Overnight low temperatures will be in the middle 60s.

Sunday: A cold front will bring a chance for showers and a few storms. Likely to dry out by late afternoon and evening. Severe threat is low, but any storm could produce strong winds and heavy rain. Outside of any storm, it will be mostly cloudy and windy with highs in the lower 70s.

Monday: Mostly sunny and cooler than normal: starting the day in the lower 40s with highs reaching the upper 50s.

Tuesday: A chilly start with morning lows near 40 degrees. Sunny skies with seasonal highs in the lower 60s for the afternoon.
Wednesday: Sunny and pleasant with highs in the upper 60s.
