Pending approvals in the upcoming Miami Twp. trustee meeting, the hotel is expected to break ground in July and will be located near Kohl’s and Kroger. The new hotel is being developed by Austin Landing Associates, LTD, which also owns the existing Hilton Garden Inn.
This would be the first location in the Dayton/Cincinnati market.

Staybridge Suites are designed for extended stays. Amenities for the 108-room hotel include free self-serve laundry, pet-friendly rooms, indoor pool and outdoor grille area, according to the release.
