Miami Twp. mobile home park with history of EPA water violations sold

A Miami Twp. mobile home park that has been the focus of an Ohio Attorney General’s office lawsuit for state EPA violations involving its water system has been sold.

The sale of Pineview Estates for $2.6 million to the Ohio limited liability company Quarry Lakes MHP LLC closed last week, court records show.

The 200-unit mobile home park on Farmersville West Carrollton Road was sued by the Ohio Attorney General’s office last year after Pineview owner Timothy Dearwester failed to comply with state EPA orders to fix its water system, which went out repeatedly beginning in late 2014, records show.

Last month, a Montgomery County judge approved the sale of the mobile home park. The site had been under court-ordered receivership for nearly a year.
