Best Buy employees buy WiiU for kid who came in daily to play it

A boy who came to a Best Buy store every day for two months to play a WiiU was surprised by employees who handed him his own console to take home and play.

"I'm being serious. It's your Christmas present," an employee said while trying to hand the stunned boy the box with a receipt, warranty and a game to play.

An employee at the Valley Stream, New York, store posted a video of the exchange Wednesday on YouTube.

"The employees in this store saw an opportunity to make a child smile and did just that," Rahiem Storr wrote in the post with the video.

The boy was afraid to walk home with the gift because of where he lives, so an employee drove him home and walked him to his building, Storr said.
