An unconscious intoxicated 28-year-old was found at 1:40 a.m. in a bar/restaurant parking lot in his vehicle with the motor running.
Mixed with the smell of alcohol was the smell of vomit.
Knocking on the vehicle window did not wake the man, and neither did opening the door to poke and shake him, honking his horn, shining a light in his eyes or rubbing his chest.
After several minutes, the suspect did open his eyes. He had a marijuana pipe in a pocket, also smelled of marijuana and had two cards in his wallet — an Ohio Direction Card and a bank card. Neither belonged to him.
On the way to the Montgomery County Jail, he became obscene and uttered racist things. He was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also could have been charged with wasting fuel.
