She wanted to know if it was stolen.
As luck would have it, her buddy showed up near Polk Boulevard and Kildare Avenue to discuss the situation. He compounded his problem by carrying three marijuana cigarettes in his pocket.
She compounded her problem by not having a driver’s license. Both were arrested for receiving stolen property as the Huber Heights owner arrived to claim his car. The driver was also cited for not having a license and her buddy for having the marijuana.
A license and marijuana were of no use at the Montgomery County Jail, where they were taken.
