Even after he was coaxed to exit the RTA bus, the rider had a difficult time understanding which way to go home.
He was considered to be highly intoxicated, and the bus driver could not entice him to get off at Far Hills and East Dorothy Lane. Police did, and gave him chances to call for a ride home.
He told them he lived in Centerville and “did not have to provide a phone number.” He said he could walk home and pointed east, except Centerville was south. He said he knew he was intoxicated, but as long as he was on the sidewalk, it was “OK.”
He also urinated on himself, so police took him into custody for the public’s and his own safety.
At the Kettering jail, he told police the pipe they found on him was his but the marijuana was not, even though some of the residue was in the pipe.
The bus continued with its route.
