Wearing no pants or underpants, a 23-year-old woman was found passed out – possibly intoxicated – in someone else’s vehicle at 11:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Hartshorn Drive.
The resident who owned the vehicle was awakened by his doorbell and the female trying to open the locked door.
After the resident called police, they found her in his truck passed out. The resident had never seen her before. Her underpants and shorts were found in the side yard. She was asked to put them back on, which she did.
She appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and said she might have smoked marijuana. She also said she used to inject heroin and had been at a nearby house with friends.
A baggie of marijuana was found in the driveway and a syringe in her purse with possible heroin residue, indicating her former use was recent.
She was charged with disorderly conduct/public intoxication, criminal trespass and possessing drug abuse instruments.
She could pass out all she wanted at the Montgomery County jail.
