More than 120 units will be featured in the Air Show Parade, according to Will Roberts, executive director of the Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce.
The event will start 7 p.m. on June 21 at National Road at James Bohanan Drive and will end at Dixie Drive at Inverness Avenue.
The parade will include high school bands, community bands, floats, horses, community groups, drum and bugle corps and a full potentate call from the Antioch Shrine.
Attendees should note that Bohanan Drive near St. Christopher’s Church will close to vehicle traffic around 4 p.m. on the day of the parade, according to Roberts. National Road at Dixie Drive will close to vehicle traffic at 6:45 p.m.
The parade has been held in the city for more than 35 years, Roberts said.
