One taken to hospital from scene of Germantown crash



One person has been taken to Sycamore Medical Center following an injury crash in Germantown, according to dispatchers.

Dispatchers said two injuries were originally reported in the two-car crash, however, only one person was taken from the scene.

The injured person is said to have suffered non-life threatening, according to dispatchers.

Police remain on scene to clean up the area where the crash occurred.

INITIAL REPORT (Oct. 18)

Police and medics are arriving on the scene of a reported injury crash in Germantown.

Crews were dispatched around 7:05 p.m. to the intersection of Dayton Germantown Pike and East Market Street.

Initial reports indicate two cars are involved in the crash and at least two people are injured.

One medic has been dispatched to the scene and an additional medic has been requested, according to initial reports.
