HOW TO GO
What: Thanksgiving in Dayton: “A Feast of Giving” a dinner, a celebration, a community event.
When and where: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 at the Dayton Convention Center, 22 E. Fifth St.
Cost: Free and no tickets required.
- The event will feature live performances by Gospel and R&B artist Shirley Murdock, Chris Bowman and Friends; DJ Nitro, and a kids room featuring arts and crafts and other activities for children.
- This year there will be Free RTA and Project Mobility Transportation from 9:30am until 3pm. Call 425-8300 for RTA information. There also will be free parking in the convention center garage.
