Ohio voters favor medical pot

Debate continuing over whether to put the marriage issue on the ballot this year or wait until 2016.

Support for same sex marriage continues to grow in Ohio — half of voters now say they favor it — but it’s still not enough to convince key gay rights groups that 2014 is the right time to ask Ohioans to overturn a constitutional ban on it and allow homosexual couples to legally marry in the state.
