OSHP: Hillsboro woman ejected from motorcycle, killed

WILMINGTON – A 48-year-old Hillsboro woman was killed on Saturday after she was ejected from her motorcycle in New Market Twp., according to a Ohio State Highway Patrol news release.

Heidi K. Stevens was traveling on a Harley Davidson Sportster around 4:05 p.m. on New Market Road northeast of East Danville Road when she struck a deer, according to state police. The motorcycle continued off the right side of the road where it overturned.

MedFlight transported Stevens from the scene to Kettering Medical Center where she was pronounced dead, according to OSHP.

Stevens was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, according to OSHP.
