Battle of Ohio: Entering Sunday’s NFL action, the Bengals and Browns were alone in first and second place in the AFC North for the first time since the division was formed in 2002. That’s also the last time the Browns swept state bragging rights. Cleveland won the first round 17-6 on Sept. 29. Both teams need this one. The Bengals look for a better effort after last week’s comeback fell short against the Ravens. The Browns are rested coming off their bye week as they look to continue their surprising pursuit of the playoffs. Cincinnati leads the series 42-38.
