Niagara Falls police located JeShawn Elliot after his brother called and reported Elliot told him he stabbed his girlfriend, 28-year-old Anvia Mickens, and he planned to drive to Niagara Falls where he would kill himself, according to WKBN in Youngstown.
The Youngstown-based television station reports police contacted Micken’s mother who confirmed her daughter was missing.
