Coroner: Wrong-way driver in I-675 double fatal was intoxicated

Ramsey told police she believed he was asking her to clean his sister’s house. While in the house, Abney reportedly asked Ramsey to conduct a sex act on him for $20.
She told police she was worth more.
Ramsey, 21, remains in jail on counts of soliciting and loitering to engage in solicitation.
Abney, 77, is no longer listed in jail. He was charged with soliciting and loitering to engage in solicitation.
