-It involves about 60 acres, much of it donated to the city by the owners of the Fraser Paper mill, which was demolished in a project that began in 2014.

-Its scope spans Central Avenue from Elm Street to Miami Avenue. It includes recreation and commercial space, as well as community gathering sites, including a dog park.
-OHM Advisors of Columbus was hired by the city last year to develop the study for $62,500, records show, $50,000 from the Montgomery County Land Bank.

-Three phases are included in the plan, ranging from up to five years, up to 10 years, and up to 20 years, according to the city.
