The Golf Club in New Albany is No. 2, followed by Camargo Club (Cincinnati), Scioto C.C. (Columbus), Double Eagle Club (Galena), Inverness Club (Toledo), Brookside C.C. (Canton), Kirtland C.C. (Willoughby), Canterbury G.C. (Beechwood), Mayfield Sand Ridge Club (Chardon), NCR South, The Country Club (Pepper Pike), Firestone C.C. South (Akron), Coldstream C.C. (Cincinnati), Moraine C.C., Firestone C.C. North (Akron), The Virtues G.C. (Nashport) and the Golf Club at Stonelick Hills (Batavia).

The top six courses in the state are included in Golf Digest's list of America's top 100 courses.
