Holy Name improved to 16-2. It ranks seventh in the state in Division II.
According to the Ohio Basketball Coaches Association website, Cohill is the 51st player in Ohio history to reach 2,000 points. Ohio's all-time leading scorer is Jon Diebler, who scored 3,208 points for Fostoria and Upper Sandusky.
Cohill verbally committed to Dayton in September and signed with the Flyers in November. He’s currently the program’s only 2018 recruit. He plans to enroll at UD for the second summer session in June.
After reflecting on my great accomplishment of scoring my 2,000th career point I am very grateful to my to coaches, teammates and everyone who helped me and there’s still plenty more to come! #notdoneyet
