Fun feature today: Building a perfect 53-man roster while staying underneath the salary cap (with new rules!) https://t.co/5wKx6bmAmc pic.twitter.com/GteNODCsOG

Barnwell required one player from every team, and with so many options on the Bengals, he went with Sims as his fourth string defensive tackle.
Not A.J. Green, Tyler Eifert or John Ross, players who are either elite or project highly at a discounted rate, but Sims.
Barnwell’s explanation is he just wanted Sims as the final big body in his rotation.
The receiving group is led by Odell Beckham Jr., Amari Cooper, Michael Thomas and depth. The tight ends include Rob Gronkowski, Martellus Bennett and Michael Hoomanawanui.
Please please please please read the constraints I mention at the top of the piece before getting angry if your favorite player’s not there.

It’s a fun exercise, nothing more. Barnwell’s constraints forced him to leave a large sum of talent on the board. No list would look the same.
