Simone Biles meets, gets kiss from celebrity crush Zac Efron


Simone Biles finished her time at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro with an incredible floor routine and a fourth gold medal.

She also got quite the surprise — a visit from her celebrity crush, Zac Efron.

Efron has been showing his support for Biles and Team USA by sending out affectionate tweets to them during the competition.

Then Efron took it a step further and flew to Rio to meet Biles and her teammates on "Today," giving Biles a surprise she will never forget.

Biles could not contain her joy when she met the “High School Musical” star, but when he planted a kiss on her cheek, she just about lost it.

In a video posted to Twitter, Biles and Efron are seen posing for a selfie when all of the sudden he leans down and kisses her on the cheek. Her giddy reaction is absolutely adorable and shows that, even though she’s the best gymnast in the world, she can still be a regular girl, too.

Later in their meeting, Biles got to return the favor when she planted a kiss on Efron's cheek.

After the meeting, Aly Raisman and Biles sat down with Bob Costas for their post-competition interview, but a good portion of it consisted of the girls talking about meeting Efron and their plans to see him again afterward.

While Biles, for the most part, played it cool when meeting her celebrity crush, she was obviously even more excited than she let on because, during a Facebook live event, she and her teammates were already planning her future wedding.
