After possible stormy weekend, grab sunscreen for Memorial Day

After what looks like a bumpy weekend with showers and storms possible Saturday night and Sunday, Memorial Day is shaping up to be a bit better.

Temperatures will start in the morning around 60 degrees. Some sunshine will help to quickly bring temperatures to the low 70s by noon and the afternoon will end around 77.

Early morning events like Centerville's Memorial Day ceremony to honor our fallen men and women of the armed forces will stay dry.

With sunshine, it will be a good idea to grab the sunscreen if you will be spending time outside.

Any pools that are open for the weekend will have a good swim day Monday.

The chance for a spotty shower will be possible north of I-70 late in the day but it won't be impactful enough to ruin any plans.
