A Democratic lawmaker in Kentucky has introduced a bill requiring men to get a permission slip from their spouse before they can get a Viagra, Cialis or Levitra prescription for erectile dysfunction.

State Rep. Mary Lou Marzian of the Louisville area introduced the bill just days after Gov. Matt Bevin signed a bill that requires women in Kentucky to get counseling before having an abortion.

Her bill also requires two doctor visits and a sworn statement on a Bible that the prescription would only be used for sex with their spouses.

"As a woman and a pro-choice woman and as an elected official, I am sick and tired of men -- mostly white men -- legislating personal, private medical decisions," Marzian, a retired nurse and 22-year statehouse veteran, told CNN. "It's none of their business."

Of course her bill doesn't stand much chance of getting through the legislature and signed by Gov. Bevin.
