Should Ohio students have to pass tests to graduate?


The State School Board took steps toward making it to where Ohio students don't have to pass tests to graduate.

Our education reporter Jeremy Kelley reports that: "The resolution used recommendations from the state’s graduation workgroup, allowing current high school juniors who don’t meet existing rules to earn a diploma via a mix of senior-year items like 93 percent attendance, a 2.5 GPA, 120 hours of work/community service or a “capstone project.”
