Dayton Air Show leader inducted into national hall of fame

Dayton Air Show Executive Director Terry Grevious has been inducted into the National Air Show Hall of Fame.

Grevious was inducted into the hall of fame over the weekend at the International Council of Air Shows Annual Conference in Las Vegas. He has spent more than 40 years in the air show industry, managing the Flint Bishop Air Show, Muskegon Air Fair and the Dayton Air Show.

He is the 66th person inducted into the hall of fame.

“USATS is very proud that Terry was selected to receive this prestigious award,” said Scott Buchanan, chairman of the USATS Board of Trustees. “We have a first-class event and Terry and his team is responsible for the success of our show.”

The 2019 Vectren Dayton Air Show is scheduled for June 22 and 23.
