New York company buys Miamisburg Plaza for $5M+

A New York limited liability company recently bought a Miamisburg shopping center for nearly $5.2 million.

Miamisburg Properties LLC, of East Meadow, N.Y., bought the Miamisburg Plaza shopping center at 1200-1258 E. Central Ave. for $5.175 million, according to Montgomery County property records. The previous owner was Miamisburg Plaza X LLC.

According to a LoopNet property listing, the shopping center — known as Miamisburg Plaza — is home to Ace Hardware, Big Lots, Pizza Hut, Goodwill, Family Dollar, H&R Block, Great Clips and other businesses.

The site is about two miles west of Interstate 75.
