Starbucks property near UD has new owner


It looks like the building housing the Starbucks on Brown Street has a new owner.

According to Montgomery County property records, Gfag Investments LLC recently sold the Starbucks at 1134 Brown St. to a limited liability company, 113 Brown St. Partners.

The sales price was $641,540, records show. A deed in the transaction was filed Friday, records also show.

The Brown Street Starbucks is a University of Dayton area favorite, appreciated for being a much-used nearby meeting and study spot.

The buyer’s given address is the tax mailing address of Enea Properties Co., of Danville Calif.
