Perry Township Police Public Information Officer Brian Douglas said that the crash occurred when a silver Prius failed to yield right of way while turning from Air Hill Road onto Diamond Mill Road. A red car that was driving south on Diamond Mill Road crashed into the Prius.

There was at least one person trapped in one of the vehicles but everyone was extricated.

Douglas said there was one person in the Prius and two in the red car, all of whom sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital to be checked.
