“Whichever destination gets the most likes (hearts) is the winner,” she said.
Her team tried to use Penelope, a local pig, as part of its video submission.
The pig was as adorable as a pig in a blanket, but she didn’t deliver the bacon when it came to acting, Rose said.
Rocket, who is owned by Pamela Murn of the Dayton Dog Training Club, came to the rescue.

In the short video, the golden retriever demonstrates how easy it is to get in and out of Dayton International Airport.

He gets behind the wheel of a red convertible and hits the Museum of the United States Air Force and the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park before settling into his hotel with a Dayton Flyers pillow to hold.

The contest ends noon on Friday, April 20.
Dayton is squaring up against more than 20 other visitors bureau including in Orlando, Chicago, Tempe, Arizona; Reno, Nevada, and the Island of Aruba.
