After her attack, Humphrey’s friends spoke publicly on her behalf in favor of beefing up law enforcement in the area.
“We really want to see more of a police presence, where the police officers walk the streets and talk to neighbors,” said Donna O’Neill, Humphrey’s friend, who also lives in the FROC (Fair River Oaks Council) area.
