Dayton man sniffed out by K-9 after Sidney CVS pharmacy robbery is indicted

A Dayton man is awaiting arraignment after he was indicted in connection to a CVS Pharmacy robbery.

Khavaughn Anquan Cochran, 21, is charged with robbery and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs following his Nov. 29 indictment by a Shelby County grand jury.

Cochran was arrested Nov. 26 a block away from CVS on Fourth Street in Sidney following a robbery.

Police identified Cochran as the robber who passed a note to a pharmacy employee demanding a list of drugs from a safe, and then fled on foot with about $1,000 worth of oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Cochran remains in the Shelby County Jail.

According to Cochran’s indictment, he is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 10 or sooner.
