ORIGINAL REPORT
An Eaton man is being held in the Preble County Jail on suspicion of attempted rape and gross sexual imposition.
A Preble County jury has indicted 24-year-old Matthew Perry on those charges.
Perry was arrested July 21, according to jail records.
