Police were called around 6:15 p.m. Monday to an American Airlines gate at the Dayton International Airport on a report of a disorderly man.

The 32-year-old Pennsylvania man booked on flight #5107 to Philadelphia was cussing at ticket agents because he had been double charged for his pet cat, according to a Dayton police report.

A concerned citizen tried to intervene, and told the man to stop cussing. That’s when the two men started arguing, a ticket agent told police.

Officers separated the two men. Both were calm and permitted to fly, the report stated.
