He allegedly was found passed out on the ground near a car in a parking lot of the fair on Friday, according to a sheriff’s deputy report. Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy Jacob Shaw said he called for a medic and then Jenkins allegedly started to become aggravated.

“Jaden stood up and walked toward me yelling and clenching his fist,” the affidavit says. “I told Jaden if he did not calm down he would be sprayed. Jaden continued to walk toward me yelling with his hands clinched. I delivered a two-second burst of OC spray across Jaden’s eyes.”

The affidavit states Jenkins then turned around to walk away and when Shaw attempted to arrest him again, the suspect allegedly hit the deputy with his elbow.
